At Comfort One Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes are not the perfect fit, you can return unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
